Dour and Valenciennes, the door to France

The location of the village dourois has its station as a hub to the Hexagon, to Blanc-Misseron via line 98, and Elouges Quiévrain (1873), to Bavay via line 101 and Autreppe-Roisin (1882). A boon for the "border" of the time ... But original purpose of the railway at Dour was essentially the transport of coal, that, inter alia, production of this monster that was the Great Fire machine, connected to the station coal douroise.
